In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 relating to whistleblowing reports, Officine Meccaniche Gallaratesi S.p.A. (“OMG”) has established an internal channel for reports and has adopted the “Officine Meccaniche Gallaratesi S.p.A. Whistleblowing Regulation” available by clicking here .

WHO CAN REPORT?

Reports can be sent by subjects internal or external to OMG, such as employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, interns, consultants, suppliers, shareholders or people with administrative or control functions of OMG, such as Board Members.

WHAT CAN BE REPORTED?

The reports, which must be as detailed as possible, concern violations of the law that harm the public interest or the integrity of OMG, such as the commission of a corrupt act or the violation of workplace health and safety regulations or environmental.

  • The following are not whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into consideration:
    disputes, claims or personal requests relating to your employment relationship;
  • complaints relating to inefficiencies in the services provided by OMG.

HOW TO REPORT?

Reporting channels

  • internal;
  • external (ANAC – https://whistleblowing.anticorruzione.it/#/ );
  • public dissemination (through the press, electronic means or means of dissemination capable of reaching a large number of people);
  • report to the judicial or accounting authority.

Internal reporting channel

OMG has adopted the following internal reporting channels:
• a whistleblowing reporting platform called “WHISTLEBLOWING TESEO ERM REPORTS”;
• oral reporting via a specific voice messaging system integrated into the platform referred to in the previous point;
• reporting through direct meeting.

External reporting channel

• External channel managed by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) (available on the following website https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing) : whistleblowers can use it on a residual basis and only in certain cases indicated in the “Regulation whistleblowing Officine Meccaniche Gallaratesi S.p.A.” available by clicking here.
• Public disclosure through the press or social networks: the whistleblowers can resort to it on a further residual basis and only in certain cases indicated in the extended information
