API 675 multi-heads pumps

OMG has always designed and manufactured multihead pumps units (pumps series DOXA & DOXE).

Such a technical solution satisfies the request for installations with multiple injection points as well as the request for extremely complex pumps with reduced dimensions (f.i. offshore installations).

OMG is usual to provide multihead units from two to twelve pumps regardless they are plunger or double diaphragm type; the different phases of the crank mechanisms are designed to reduce the total absorbed power to the minimum.

The power transmission is common for the whole group.

Each single pump is provided with independent stroke adjustment, manual or automatic type, fully compliant with API 675 requirements.

The maintenance philosophy allows to operate on a single pump simplifying the activities and reducing the time.
