DOXE 2/3 pumps
API 675 heavy duty process metering pumps, plunger and double diaphragm type, for large capacity
and high-pressure services:
- manufactured according to API 675 Std., “non lost-motion” type construction;
- continuous adjustment of capacity (plunger stroke from 0 up to 70mm), from 0 to 100% while the pump is at rest or in operation;
- metering accuracy better than 1% over the normal operating range from 10 to 100% of capacity:
- patented capacity adjustment system, satellite and planetary gear system with mechanical plunger return stroke;
- plunger speed from 25 up to 140 strokes/minute;
- completely enclosed crankcase made of cast iron with oil splash lubrication;
- groupable in multiplex units, also with pumps of different series;
- two series available:
- DOXE.2 with max allowable thrust 10.000 N;
- DOXE.3 with max allowable thrust 30.000 N;
- plunger type execution available either in single acting or double acting arrangement, covering an extremely large capacity and discharge pressure range;
- special round bar execution for high pressures (up to 700 bar);
- hydraulically balanced double diaphragms sandwich type arrangement available with facility for local or remote diaphragm leakage detectors;
- pump body made of metal or plastic materials, diaphragms made of special modified PTFE;
- manual or automatic stroke control, with pump idle or in operation; linear adjustment scale with local reading display.
